This Sim story started with a jump of mid-life crisis. Not the Lifetime Wish crisis. But crisis in a relationship that affects other part of life.. Couple of flashbacks to fill up missing parts before this scene.

Alright, so much for the intro.. here the episode starts!
After getting Lolly to move in, Mr. Finomask started to get busy trying to manage Rafael, his adopted son, and his lovely fiancée. Finance wise, it hasn't been a trouble before Lolly live under one roof. Rafael grew extremely close with Lolly. The great parent-child bonding was excellent to keep the family together.
Ryan then learned that he could learn the martial art technique and thus meditate whenever he felt too stress. So he travel abroad to China to obtain teaching from Master Wuan Yu. He was determined to work on this new skill. He leveled up fast enough to be ready to take home dummy and breaking board to continue training at home.
Glad enough that the house wasn't dilapidated while he was gone. Rafael ran up to give him a warm hug after leaving for 5 days. Ryan told him a great story about how China is and promised to take Rafael along the next time he is going for competition. Rafael was extremely excited. He promised to do his homework deligiently for a pay-off deal.
Ryan went up to Lolly and gave her an amorous hug. despite that, she don't seem happy. Ryan tried to explain and suddenly the phone rang. Ryan glanced at his cell phone and was appalled. Why did Xun Li call me?
"Yes, Xun Li?"
"Ah Mr Finomask! If it isn't the great Principal in Twinbrook. You have left your Woo Woo 400 by the market," Xun Li said with her thick chinese accent.
"Oh that! Yes! Flat tyre. I don't have the option to take it home with me. Maybe can leave it there for foreign history to China," Ryan chuckled.
When the conversation from distant call ended, Lolly went outrageous.
"WHO IS THAT? OH NOW YOU GIVE YOUR NUMBER TO EVERY LAD YOU MEET?"
"She is just a merchant in China. She helped me get around there instead of getting lost. You should thank her I am back in 5 days, not 20." Ryan began to find the argument being absurd.
"20 it would be when you won't stop making out with her on that bamboo bed!"
" I never do anything like that ever! Not even with you! SO STOP SAYING STUFF LIKE THAT!"
In defeat, Lolly stormed through Rafael's room and sleep early. Really worn out, Ryan just went back to the room and sleep alone for the night. It is not strange at all. Ever since Lolly moved in, she had never been in the same bed with Ryan.
The next day, Ryan prepared to be Mr. Finomask. Giving lecture and bonding with the children, becoming more charismatic and charming. To pay back all the expenses he had in China, Ryan decided to work overtime, giving extra lecture classes. That could earn him 200 Simoleans per lecture. He even offered to deal with the detention class.
Rafael was detained in class for forgetting to complete his homework. Lolly is home alone. So she invited her ex-boyfriend, Kayer, over to the house. They talked... and talked... Lolly being hopelessly romantic, confide in Kayer, her best friend too. She complained about how ruthless and ignorant Ryan is being. She blamed Ryan for being hardly at home. She blamed Ryan for always being too busy to spend time with her, coming home all the time being too tired to even kiss her.
Things became dark and Lolly went overboard with her feelings. Kayer brought her into his arms and console her. Lolly felt so much better, as everything starts to fill in again.
"You know... I shouldn't have broken up with you to get back with him. Once it was broken with him, it should have been that way!" Lolly regretted.
Kayer smirked and lifted Lolly's face and told her that she is any time welcome to the house again. Lolly's face brighten up as they gazed into each other's eyes. Lolly did something that she vowed to Ryan that she would never do after the engagement.
Hearing the sound of Ryan's motorbike, they both parted and just sat by the fireplace, pretending nothing happened. Ryan came in to the house with Rafael. Ryan was too busy reprimanding Rafael to even notice Kayer was around. Ryan mumbled in disappointment with Rafael's conduct and walked into the room. He locked himself. Turned on the music loud, and meditate. It was in time for Lolly to set off to work.
"You see, he wouldn't even see me off to work. Too busy making himself deaf in the room." Lolly grumbled. Lolly hopped in to Kayer's car and drove off for work. They are colleagues. Rafael was on the dining table doing his homework and being a good boy for the night.
No late night computer games for him. Ryan went out the room and saw Rafael doing his homework. Maybe I shouldn't have reprimanded him that badly. But he should learn from mistakes...
Feeling stressed out for a bit, Ryan head to the balcony to meditate.
After work, Lolly hang out with Kayer a little longer. They head off to the beach that Ryan had bought. Nobody seem to be going there since it was really near to the road heading to rich residence. The affair went on for the night. Lolly head home at 1 a.m., creeping into Ryan's bedroom.
Ryan was shock waking up next to Lolly. He acted calm as he watch Lolly sleeping peacefully. It reminded him of why he chose Lolly instead of the Substitute teacher he dated. Lolly had so much sweeter face! Ryan got up and decided to prepare breakfast before heading off to lead students on field trip. Ryan decided to give another 2 lecture to earn a little bit more. Maybe even conduct a surprise or buy something lovely for Lolly on his way home.
He left for the weekend, spending almost the whole day outside. Ryan forgot all about his plans for Lolly. By the time he reach home, Lolly was gone for her duty at work. "Mehh That is alright I guess.." Ryan went up to Rafael and tutored him for a while.
"Hey it is weekend, why not you invite your friends over tomorrow. I was thinking of getting the Sim Gnoule taht you guys can bat on the field. And also Trampoline. Jump till you pee on it. Ey boy whaddya say?"
"Cool Dad! I will call them up tomorrow. Thank you Daddy!" Rafael hugged his father. It is great to be adopted by him after all.
Again the next morning, Ryan woke up with Lolly beside him. This is absolutely strange for both of them. From what Ryan knows... Lolly would only make it an exception to be sleeping in the same bed only after they got married. Ryan doesn't want to suspect anything. He got up and spent time on the dummy. Rafael had a few friends over and felt glad everyone is enjoying their time. Lolly had to work on weekends. Ryan bought the VFN kompressor just so Lolly don't have to rely on the transport anymore.
"Where did you get that lots of money, Ryan?"
"Oh I worked over time. Earn a few more to get you guys something nice. You like the car?"
"Yes. Thank you very much." Lolly looked down. That guilty face don't really express appreciation.
"Something wrong, Lolly?"
"No... No... Just thinking it is too expensive to afford such a buy."
"Don't worry about it Lolly. We are going to do fine. Soon Rafael is going to be a big boy. He is going to be putting in money too. I don't have to work extra time anymore. & So I could spend more time with you. Just a little longer okay."
Hearing that, Lolly felt her heart thumping so hard. "What have I done! He don't deserve to be treated like this!"
"Now I think you better run, Lolly. You might be late for work."
"Oh it is only 2 p.m. I could stay for a while longer."
"Ok. But I have to work on my Martial Art. Excuse me." Ryan said in an instant and walked over to the balcony for further practice.
Until night, Ryan work it off. One more level! Persevere! "Oh I shouldn't be sleeping late tonight. Or I would end up sleeping on the desk." & off to bed. At 10, Rafael's friend set off to their respective home.
A new week is going to start. Ryan still haven't figure out what is up with change of habit in Lolly. She is acting weird.
